LignoBox Australia ([ABN: ) operates as a supplier and importer of European-manufactured modular homes in Australia. We operate the website at [www.lignobox.com] and handle all customer enquiries, consultations, and sales directly.

  • Information about your intended use for a LignoBox (rental, family accommodation, etc.)

We do not collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act) unless you choose to provide it, and we do not collect financial information directly, any financing enquiries are handled by our finance partner Nahil Chidiac of Citywide LPI.

  • When you interact with us in person during a site consultation

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Hardman Joinery — our installation partner in Sydney, where your project requires on-site assembly services

  • Nahil Chidiac / Citywide LPI — our finance partner, where you have expressed interest in financing options and consented to a referral

  • Our European manufacturing partner — for the purpose of production, quality, and logistics for your order

  • Private certifiers or council authorities — where required to process your CDC or DA application

  • Service providers — including website hosting, email, and CRM tools used to operate our business, all of which are bound by confidentiality obligations

We will always inform you before sharing your personal information with a third party partner and will not do so without your knowledge.

 

6. Overseas disclosure

Your personal information may be shared with our manufacturing partner based in Europe for the purposes of processing and fulfilling your order. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. By proceeding with an enquiry or order, you consent to this disclosure.

 

7. How we store and protect your information
