Any quote or proposal provided by LignoBox Australia is:

  • An estimate based on the information provided at the time of enquiry

4. Sales agreements and deposits

A binding agreement for the supply and installation of a LignoBox product is only formed when:

5. Approval and planning

LignoBox Australia will assist with the CDC or DA approval process as outlined in the agreed scope of works. However:

  • We cannot guarantee approval outcomes, as these are determined by the relevant certifier or council authority

  • Approval timelines are estimates only and are subject to third-party processing times

  • If your site does not qualify for the approval pathway identified at enquiry stage, we will advise you promptly — but we are not liable for costs incurred in reliance on an approval outcome that is not granted

  • You are responsible for ensuring your property complies with all applicable local government and state planning requirements. LignoBox Australia provides general guidance — not legal or planning advice

6. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation timelines provided are estimates based on current factory production schedules and logistics at the time of order. LignoBox Australia will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Delays in site preparation by the client

  • Weather events or force majeure

  • Delays in approval processing by third parties

The client is responsible for ensuring the site is prepared and accessible in accordance with the requirements provided during the design phase prior to the agreed delivery date.

  • Any credit or financing decisions made by lenders engaged through our finance partner

  • Any acts or omissions of our installation partner that fall outside the scope of work agreed with LignoBox Australia

Referrals to third-party partners are made in good faith based on our experience working with them. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is separate from your agreement with LignoBox Australia.
